01. 惨劇館
02. 裏切りの舌
03. イバラノミチ

Highly underrated, unique visual kei band that never grew very big overall, but developed a strong, devoted following until their breakup in 2007. This is their first CD release that wasn't on a compilation and the three songs on it show exactly what excellence they were capable of.

Quirky and strange, lots of gothic rock influence but not fully genre-qualifiable(as per most vk,) despite my attempts to do so anyway. Truly a shame these guys didn't get more attention.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for something unique.

More from the unique pop rock band Prefab Sprout, this time the full album that the previously posted single came from. This was their second album and it was produced by the great Thomas Dolby.

This is the US release, the original UK release was called "Steve McQueen" and track 1 on the UK version is titled "Faron Young" - the name changes were due to copyright issues in the US. Feel free to change them to their actual titles, I just kept them this way for authenticity.

Bought from a local shop.

Prefab Sprout - Appetite (1987)

Genre: Pop Rock/New Wave
Released: 1987
Region: Durham, England
Label: Kitchenware
Catalog #: SKX-23
Format: 12" single
Bitrate: 320 kbps

A. Appetite

B1. Heaven Can Wait
B2. Oh, The Swiss!

Super catchy and unique (in this case, synthy)pop rock band that went way under the radar pretty much everywhere when they were around. This was their second single off their second album, released in 1985. The B-sides are soothing instrumentals. Vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Paddy McAloon had a very unique sense of song structure and put a fresh spin on pop music.

I highly recommended you check out their first two albums after you hear this single.
